CSAA Insurance Group (Walnut Creek, Calif.), a AAA insurer, has named Bradley Lontz executive vice president and chief information officer. He leads the company’s technology division, overseeing digital transformation efforts, technology strategy, and customer and agent experience initiatives. Lontz reports to Mike Zukerman, president and CEO, CSAA Insurance Group.

Lontz most recently served as CIO at CopperPoint Insurance (Phoenix, Ariz.), where he led a technology integration following multiple acquisitions and delivers a cloud-based platform aimed at reducing costs and improving efficiency. He previously held CIO roles at the California Dental Association and Nautilus Insurance, where he directed large-scale system implementations, launches e-commerce and data platforms, and introduces agile delivery models.
Earlier in his career, Lontz held senior leadership roles at Liberty Mutual, Cummins, and Price Waterhouse, focusing on IT strategy, digital enablement, and organizational transformation.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer and electrical engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
