CSAA Insurance Group (Walnut Creek, Calif.), a AAA insurer, has promoted Linda Goldstein to executive VP, customer experience and marketing. Goldstein was VP of marketing channels and partners.

As a member of the organization’s executive leadership team, Goldstein leads all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, brand management, marketing analytics, market research, customer-experience management, data strategy and direct marketing, according to a CSAA Insurance Group statement.

Career at Citigroup
Prior to her serving as VP of marketing channels and partners, Goldstein held various senior executive marketing positions during a 17-year career with Citigroup. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston University and an MBA from Fordham University.
Goldstein also serves as president of the board of directors for Berkeley Humane, an organization serving the people and animals of its community by providing life-saving programs for cats and dogs, cultivating compassion, and strengthening the human-animal bond.
