Croatia osiguranje (CROSIG, Zagreb), a Croatian insurer operating in the Balkan/Adriatic region for over 135 years, has launched a successful go-live with LAQO, the carrier’s new full digital solution for motor insurance, using Sapiens (Holon, Israel) IDTSuite as its core technology platform.
Sapiens reports that the go-live of LAQO, with Sapiens IDITSuite for P&C, is the first of three stages of CROSIG’s full digital program, and is already yielding positive results for insurer. In the next phases, CROSIG will use Sapiens’ solutions enhance the insurer’s entire property/casualty business, including digitalizing claims handling. Sapiens says its technology is expected to further increase the productivity of CROSIG’s sales force and speed up its time to market, while optimizing and simplifying business operations.
