CoverAmerica, a national distributor of personal auto insurance, has licensed Confianza’s (Albuquerque, N.M.) “single source” insurance services technology platform for all of its data and prescriptive scoring needs across the policy lifecycle, and help insurance agents improve the process of selling policies, according to a vendor statement. Confianza is a data analytics company formed by John Petricelli and Jeffrey Glazer, that provides what it describes as instantaneous, comprehensive information via an API and integration platform, empowering Carriers, MGAs and Brokers with comprehensive data and prescriptive analytics.
Through this engagement, CoverAmerica Insurance agents will have access to Confianza’s modern API platform, which is designed to deliver insurance candidate insight leveraging data analytic strategies of the Confianza database—summarizing more than 700 million consumer and business records into more than 260 million records with over 500 elements of information, according to a Confianza statement. With a single point of entry for all information, Confianza makes it possible to easily, and instantly, identify the consumer and risk at initial point of contact for appropriate triage disposition and pricing, according to the vendor. Through this access to better third-party data, and the confidence of more accurate prescriptive scores, Confianza’s says its technology will help CoverAmerica make important decisions at all phases of a policy’s lifecycle, from consumer acquisition through service and renewal.
Confianza says its data will provide actionable household demographics, to identify all potential drivers, behavior characteristics and financial indicators about the prospect. Additionally, application prefill automation will support an easy and efficient customer experience, and Confianza’s prescriptive scores and insights about the primary named insured.
