Coalition Names Jennifer Livingstone Head of Strategic Agency Management

An industry veteran of more than 25 years, Livingstone was CMO at CNA and VP at predictive analytics startup Cyence.

Coalition, a San Francisco-based InsurTech backed by Swiss Re, Lloyd’s and Argo Group combining cyber security solutions and cyber insurance, has announced the appointment of Jennifer Livingstone as Head of Strategic Agency Management. Livingstone is an insurance industry veteran with more than 25 years of leadership experience in broker management, business development, marketing, underwriting, operations, and sales management at both insurance carriers and InsurTechs.

Most recently, Livingstone served as Chief Marketing Officer at CNA Insurance (Chicago). She has an extensive background in underwriting and marketing Coalition’s key product lines, both cyber and executive risk insurance.

Coalition describes its industry role as working with brokers across the U.S. and Canada, serving over 130,000 customers with digitally-powered insurance that can leverage large amounts of data to assess, mitigate, and measure risk for businesses.

Prior to joining CNA, Livingstone was a Vice President at Cyence, a Silicon Valley predictive analytics start-up focused on modeling cyber risk and accumulation for the financial services industry, which was acquired by Guidewire in 2018. At Cyence she was responsible for global sales and customer success. The majority of her career was spent at AIG (New York) where she served in roles of increasing responsibility in financial lines underwriting in New York, California, and at Lloyd’s of London. She ultimately ran the U.S./Canada distribution channel as SVP, overseeing a business development team of more than 150 members.
