CNA (Chicago) has launched Get a Quote, a feature at www.cna.com/quote which allows small business owners to receive a quick premium indication for a CNA Connect business owners policy, and a workers’ compensation policy online. The insurer characterizes Get a Quote as providing small business owners with simplified access to independent agents for their business insurance needs.

Wes Sprinkle, SVP, Small Business, CNA.

“More and more small business owners are shopping for insurance online and demanding online purchasing experiences that mirror what they have access to in their daily lives,” comments Wes Sprinkle, senior VP, Small Business, CNA. “Buying preferences of small business owners mandate that organizations, like CNA, offer online access to both information and services to small business owners.”

Providing what the carrier calls the mobile responsiveness of www.cna.com, eligible small business owners will be able to receive a quick premium indication for a CNA Connect policy or a workers’ compensation policy from any location. Small business owners will have the option to talk to a licensed producer or an independent agent throughout the process to answer any additional questions, customize coverage and complete purchase of the policy, according to the carrier.

Commitment to the Small Business Segment

“The small business marketplace is expanding rapidly, and CNA is committed to serving small business owners in a manner that meets their expectations,” comment John Hennessy, Senior VP, Sales and Distribution, CNA. “This newest enhancement to our digital customer experience represents our ongoing commitment to growing in the small business segment with our independent agents.”
