“The agile implementation methodology ISCS employed during this implementation meant we got immediate feedback on system changes as we tested them,” comments Ken Mitchel, director of IT, Clements. “This freed us to focus our efforts on what matters most… offering a leading user experience and providing best-in-class service for our customers. SurePower Innovation allows us to provide our customers with a more personalized and user-friendly experience complete with self-service capabilities so that policy changes can be made on demand.”

Clements plans to use SurePower Innovation to further enhance its online presence via the solution’s mobile capabilities. Utilizing what ISCS calls the pre-integrated, yet modular, components of SurePower Innovation as a platform for automating core administration (policy, billing and claims) and streamlining critical processes, Clements also plans to create a more customer-centric environment which empowers customers with 24x7x365 access to account information no matter where they are geographically located, according to the vendor.

“Self-service capabilities and mobile access are becoming more and more important to consumers,” says Andy Scurto, president of ISCS. “For insurers like Clements looking to maintain a high level of customer service and a positive customer experience, modernizing technology is imperative. We are pleased Clements chose ISCS and SurePower Innovation to help them pave this path.”
