
The Connecticut Interlocal Risk Management Agency (CIRMA, New Haven), a member-owned municipal insurance provider has selected Guidewire Software’s (Foster City, Calif.) Guidewire InsurancePlatform to replace its existing systems and modernize the way it does business. Guidewire PartnerConnect Select Consulting Partner, Blackcomb Consultants (Warrenville, Ill.), will lead the implementation project.
CIRMA selected Guidewire ClaimCenter as its new claims management system along with Guidewire DataHub and Guidewire InfoCenter for enterprise-wide data management and business intelligence, according to a vendor statement. The insurer also selected Guidewire CustomerEngage and Guidewire VendorEngage to provide omnichannel digital service to its customers and vendors. In addition, CIRMA selected Guidewire Predictive Analytics for Claims that will embed predictive insights into ClaimCenter to create what the vendor calls a Smart Core system. The insurer will deploy the products to its workers’ compensation and liability auto property lines of business.

Streamlining Design Workflows
