InsurTech company Betterview (San Francisco), whose remote property intelligence platform turns data into actionable insights for property/casualty insurance carriers, has named Jeff Heine to the new post of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
Heine has with 20 years of experience in technology startups, focusing on the property/casualty insurance industry. He has worked for multiple major software providers that provide solutions to the industry, including Guidewire Software, Oracle, and IBM. Most recently, he was the CRO for Groundspeed Analytics, another startup in the P&C insurance space.
“I have made it my mission throughout my career to help provide these insurance professionals with tools that can accelerate their processes and help them operate their businesses more profitably,” comments Heine. “That is why I am so excited to join Betterview, a company that I believe shares that mission.”
Heine’s hire comes during a period of considerable growth for Betterview, according to a vendor statement. His appointment will help the company to scale in response to demand, says David Tobias, co-founder and chief of operations, Betterview. “We needed to find someone who could help us build out our team, while at the same time making sure our processes remained efficient, and our customers stayed happy,” he comment.
