Ethias SA (Liège), a Belgian public sector insurer has chosen Guidewire (Foster City, Calif.) InsuranceSuite as its platform for underwriting, policy administration, claims management, and billing. The insurer also selected Guidewire Client Data Management, Guidewire Rating Management, and Guidewire Reinsurance Management. The insurer also has selected Guidewire DataHub to support its enterprise-wide data management strategy, according to a vendor statement.

Ethias, Belgium’s principal public sector insurer, plans to leverage the Guidewire solutions to maintain and further grow its market position, responding to current and future customer demand, according to the vendor. The carrier plans to implement Guidewire software over several phases, across each line of business.
