Bees360, (Houston) a provider of drone and AI–based property inspection services, is expanding the company’s executive team with the appointment of Mark Tianwu Zang as Chief AI Officer, according to a statement from Bees360.
“We couldn’t be more excited about bringing Dr. Zang into the Bees360 executive team,” comments Andy Liu, CEO, Bees360. “His deep knowledge and experience with AI technology development is essential to achieving our strategic objectives in delivering ultramodern solutions for underwriting and claims property inspections.”
Zang has extensive AI technology development experience. After completing his Ph.D in applied physics at Rice University, Zang worked with Google as a senior software engineer. Subsequently, Zang served as a manager of engineering and applied science at Amazon, where he built and supervised teams of scientists and software engineers and aided the development of generative AI, the foundational framework of ChatGPT.
Driving A Strategy for Claims, Underwriting and Operations
In his role as Chief AI Officer, Zang will be responsible for driving the strategic advancement of Bees360’s AI technologies for claims, underwriting, and operations. Dr. Zang holds a. in Applied Physics from Rice University.
Bees360 says it is focused on redefining property inspections. The company uses drone and AI technology to conduct exterior and interior property inspections that can accurately analyze property images and data with precision at every pixel, according to the statement.
