AXA Selects CoverGo to Increase Speed-to-Market, Improve CX

AXA Hong Kong and Macau will use the platform for general insurance related products with the goal of achieving optimal efficiency.

AXA Hong Kong and Macau, has selected CoverGo (New York), a global no-code insurance SaaS core platform for health, life, and P&C, to improve the insurerʼs general insurance ecosystem in Hong Kong, according to a joint announcement from the companies. AXA will use the platform for general insurance related products, to increase its speed-to-market and improve customer experience, with the goal of achieving optimal efficiency.

The CoverGoʼs platform is modern and scalable, its API-driven approach allows easy integration to AXA existing system, helping AXA to set the stage for future digital transformation and improvements across different lines of business and products.
