Auto-Owners Insurance Selects Quadient Inspire to Streamline Claims Correspondence

The carrier cites easy integration with Guidewire’s ClaimCenter, as well as ease in designing and deploying consistent, personalized communications through a variety of delivery channels.

Auto-Owners Insurance Company, a Lansing, Mich.-based mutual insurer and member of the Auto-Owners Group, has selected Quadient’s (formerly GMC Software; Boston and Appenzell, Switzerland) Quadient Inspire to enhance and future-proof its claims correspondence, according to a vendor statement.

Auto-Owners decision to adopt Quadient Inspire was influenced by its easy integration with Guidewire’s ClaimCenter solution and its ability to effectively design and deploy consistent, personalized communications across the growing range of communication delivery channels through an easy-to-use web browser, Quadient reports. Auto-Owners also judged that Quadient Inspire would provide the scalability the company requires.

As a Guidewire PartnerConnect Solution Partner, Quadient has pre-built Ready for Guidewire validated accelerators for Quadient Inspire that are designed speed its deployment with Guidewire InsuranceSuite. Quadient asserts that Inspire enables insurance companies to get more out of their Guidewire core systems by increasing the speed, accuracy and number of channels over which they can communicate with policyholders and agents.
