Ascot Underwriting Selects Xuber Claims Solution

Xuber has signed a five-year contract to deliver a comprehensive claims management solution with embedded workflow to optimize, automate and measure each stage of the claims life cycle.

Ascot Underwriting, a global specialty insurance underwriter and Lloyd’s syndicate, as signed an agreement to use Xuber Claims. Under the terms of the five-year contract, Xuber will deliver a comprehensive claims management solution with embedded workflow to optimize, automate and measure each stage of the claims life cycle, according to a vendor statement.

“The claims management solution appealed to us as a modern, configurable application which will allow us to bring together claims case management, data capture and processing into one manageable system,” comments Neil Dalton, head of claims, Ascot.

Xuber describes its claims solution as having been specifically designed to meet the needs of clients across all major business lines, through the system’s level of configurability, flexibility and openness. The vendor also asserts that its claims system is a component of the only single-platform with global capability on the market. Xuber components are able to operate across multiple currencies and regions.

Xuber is the insurance software business of Xchanging plc, a global provider of business processing, technology and procurement services with an emphasis on the London market.

“Xuber’s position at the heart of the London insurance market means that we are ideally placed to support Ascot,” comments Adrian Morgan, head of Xuber.
