Arbella Adopts Duck Creek SaaS Solutions to Transform Personal Lines

Arbella seeks to enable innovation and make it easier for agents and customers to interact with the carrier.

Arbella Insurance Group (Quincy, Mass.), a North American underwriter of personal and commercial lines insurance products and longtime Duck Creek AgencyPortal customer, has selected Duck Creek Technologies’ (Boston) Duck Creek Rating, Policy, Billing, Claims, Insights, Producer, and Distribution Management to streamline its personal lines operations, according to a Duck Creek statement. Cognizant (Teaneck, N.J.) will implement the new solutions via Duck Creek OnDemand, the vendor’s SaaS solution for the P&C insurance industry.

Arbella chose Duck Creek for the strength of the vendor’s team and the quality and flexibility of its applications, according to the Duck Creek statement.
