Applied Systems (Chicago) has expanded its integration with Employee Navigator (Bethesda, Md.) to support benefits brokers’ quote-to-enroll workflows.

The enhanced native integration gives agencies a direct path to transfer plan data between Applied Epic and Employee Navigator, according to an Applied statement. Applied says the integration is intended to reduce manual data re-entry, errors and omissions risk, and workflow complexity for benefits brokers.
“Manual data entry between systems slows brokers down and creates room for errors,” comments George Reese, Founder and CEO, Employee Navigator. “With this integration, plan data stays in sync automatically, so brokers can focus on serving their customers instead of manual data entry.”
Applied says the integration eliminates duplicate data entry when brokers set up a plan in two systems. After plan details are populated into Applied Epic through the platform’s AI document extraction capabilities, the data can be pushed directly into Employee Navigator.
The company says the integration reduces time spent searching manually, typing and switching between systems by 80 percent.
