Amerisure Mutual Insurance Company (Farmington Hills, Mich.), has added Insurity’s (Hartford) Payroll Validator to its use of the vendor’s Sure Premium Audit. Through adopting the capability, Amerisure has seen a significant increase in operational efficiency and user satisfaction.

Insurity reports that Sure Premium Audit enables Amerisure to automate its premium audit processes with payroll validation and online data collection portals for policyholders and agents. Using Payroll Validator, the vendor adds, Amerisure is optimizing the auditor’s time, promoting policyholder engagement and empowerment through automated communications and self-serve tools for a vastly improved user experience.
