American National Insurancehas selected Wolters Kluwer Financial Services’ ARC Logics solution to manage governance, risk and compliance (GRC) across the organization, using the application’s regulatory change management, enterprise risk assessment and Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance functions.
The Galveston, Texas-based insurer reports reviewing nearly a dozen GRC providers during two years on the road to choosing Wolters Kluwer’s ARC Logics. “We wanted to ensure the provider we chose had the right mix of solutions, services and expertise to help meet our diverse diverse risk management needs now and into the future as our organization continues to grow and evolve,” comments John Norton, vice president of enterprise management, American National. In the end, we determined Wolters Kluwer Financial Services was that provider.”
Wolters Kluwer asserts that the ARC Logics solution helps financial organizations bring greater transparency, control and efficiency to managing compliance, operational and enterprise risk as well as to the audit function. “ARC Logics’ modular, suite-based approach offers organizations the flexibility and scalability required to meet the complexity of their expanding and continually changing business operations,” a vendor statement says.
