American Integrity Insurance Group (Tampa) has implemented ISCS’s (San Jose, Calif.) SurePower Innovation policy administration suite as part of the Florida homeowners’ carrier’s ongoing efforts to improve the customer experience.

ISCS’s SurePower PowerTools configuration toolset enables end users to execute system and product configuration changes on the fly, according to the vendor. ISCS reports that with the completion of the implementation phase, American Integrity is beginning to realize benefits from rolling out the full suite of SurePower Innovation’s pre-integrated components, rather than implementing each module individually. The vendor asserts that SurePower Innovation will help American Integrity rapidly introduce new lines of business and underwrite with more granularity going forward.
