Amalgamated Insurance Underwriters Implements TechCanary’s Salesforce-based AMS

AIU sought a software solution that was compatible with Salesforce and could handle its wholesale insurance needs.

Amalgamated Insurance Underwriters (AIU), a Monsey, New York-based property and casualty insurance program wholesaler, has gone into in production with TechCanary’s (Milwaukee, Wisc.) Salesforce-based cloud Insurance Platform, Canary AMS, after a three-week implementation initiative. TechCanary developed and deployed further functionality over an additional six weeks to make for what the vendor calls a robust, highly customized, and modern agency management system built inside Salesforce.

TechCanary reports that AIU’s objective in selecting and implementing TechCanary was two-fold: establishment of a customer-focused and efficient operating environment able to exceed customer expectations, and creation of highly automated processes to support the company’s rapid growth with minimal additional expense.
