Allstate Benefits (a division of Allstate, Northbrook, Ill.) will integrate with the EaseCentral (San Francisco) HR and benefits SaaS platform for insurance brokers. Through the integration, employee enrollments in Allstate Benefits plans using EaseCentral will be submitted electronically, according to an EaseCentral. Electronic submission speeds up the enrollment process, decreases the chances of human error, and increases the security of employee information transmission. The integration with EaseCentral brings pre-built Allstate Benefits plans directly to businesses through an online portal.
“We are always excited for opportunities to make our products more easily accessible to brokers and employers, which is why we are so enthusiastic about this partnership with EaseCentral,” comments Greg Guidos, President, Allstate Benefits. “Simplifying the enrollment process is a benefit to everyone involved and the increase in efficiency can be seen at every stage of the enrollment process.”
EaseCentral will support Group Voluntary products from Allstate Benefits, with a subset of preconfigured products designed for automated setup via this integration, according to the vendor. The overall offering includes accident, critical illness, short term disability, and life insurance products. Access to direct submission through EaseCentral will be open for initial enrollment as well as additions, changes, and terminations throughout the year.
Addressing the Resource Challenges of Enrollment
“For many small and medium-sized businesses, the biggest challenge to offering a comprehensive benefits package is dedicating the resources, both time and money, to education, enrollment, and ongoing management of multiple plans,” comments David Reid, CEO, EaseCentral. “Through this partnership, we are solving that problem for so many employers and providing them with a chance to take advantage of the benefit offerings from top-rated Allstate Benefits.”
