Allied World Times FINEOS Claims Rollout to Lloyd’s Agency Debut

The Swiss-based firm has completed implementation of FINEOS for its new claims and ECF management to coincide with the launch of Allied World Managing Agency at Lloyd’s.

Syndicate 2232, a division of Allied World Assurance Company Holdings, AG, based in Zug, Switzerland, has implemented FINEOS (Dublin, Ireland) as its new Claims and ECF Management System.

After what the carrier terms an open competition among software providers Allied World chose the FINEOS system based on its proven record in the London claims market, the vendor’s international presence, and the system’s ability to scale to support Allied World’s future growth plans.

“We are excited to roll out our new claims system in tandem with the launch of Allied World Managing Agency Limited at Lloyd’s,” comments David Cameron, European claims manager at Allied World. “Our new system combines cutting edge technology with claims content and processes specifically designed for the London Market.”

The FINEOS system incorporates automated CWT file processing and embedded workflow processes to enable claims adjusters to focus on achieving the best outcome as early as possible with appropriate expert expenditure, according to a FINEOS statement.

Allied World provides several lines of insurance worldwide, including: property, liability, aviation, marine cargo and treaty.
