ALKEME Acquires Insurance Online

The acquisition of the digital insurance comparison engine expand’s ALKEME’s national reach and technological toolset.

 ALKEME (Ladera Ranch, Calif.), a retail insurance platform, has announced its acquisition of Insurance Online (Newport Beach, Calif.), a digital insurance comparison engine, providing real-time rates and insurance services. InsuranceOnline.com uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to compare the lowest auto and home insurance rates, allowing customers to obtain instant coverage without agent assistance, according to an ALKEME statement. ALKEME characterizes the acquisition as expanding its national reach and technological toolset.
