Agero’s Driver360TM platform offers UBI predictive analytics that uses mobile device sensors on the smartphone to track driver behavior, such as how often and far a policyholder drives; how hard they brake or accelerate; if they travel during peak urban traffic hours; and more. Insurers can use the data to tailor a driver’s insurance premium to match their specific risk levels.

“With increasing demand for UBI services from our clients, we strongly believe that mobile solutions will be critical for mass market deployments,” comments Dave Ferrick, CEO, Agero. “The Floow is a leading global player in mobile-based UBI data analytics and services with an impressive record of deployments based on their leading data science and actuarial capabilities. Our collaboration allows us to bring our clients a best-in-class holistic solution that provides a seamless end-to-end experience from driver coaching, to roadside services, to emergency services and accident management.”

The Floow has experienced significant demand for its solutions in the U.S. market, according to Aldo Monteforte, the company’s CEO. “Partnering with an organization of Agero’s caliber and experience in the industry gives us the distribution reach, credibility and complementary assets required to maximize market penetration,” Monteforte comments. “We look forward to working w
