Agencyport Software has announced the availability of Turnstile 1.7, the latest version of the vendor’s subscription carrier web service that takes in ACORD forms and returns ACORD XML for feeding point-of-sale, CRM or policy administration systems. The new version supports 346 form editions for all major commercial lines of business, including BOP, Commercial Auto, Commercial Umbrella, Commercial Property, General, General Liability, Inland Marine, Workers Compensation and Overflow forms.

Agencyport describes Turnstile as a simple, ultra-secure complementary service to agent portal and agency interface that shorten intake time, accelerates decision making and reduced processing time and expense. The vendor reports that Version 1.7 also includes important enhancements to Turnstile’s ability to read and process scanned forms, including:
- Intelligent image filter selection
- Improved border artifact removal
- Field-based contextual intelligence
