As part of an ongoing transformation effort, AF Group (Lansing, Michigan) has expanded its relationship with Guidewire Software (Foster City, Calif.) through the selection of core systems, data capabilities and digital engagement platforms. AF Group deployed Guidewire ClaimCenter in 2010.
The insurer has selected Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter, along with Guidewire Rating Management, as its new platform for underwriting, rating, policy administration, and billing. AF Group has has chosen Guidewire DataHub and InfoCenter to support the its enterprise-wide data and analytics needs. AF Group will also deploy the full set of Guidewire Digital Portals with the aim of offering a seamless, omnichannel digital experience to its policyholders, injured workers, agents, and vendors, according to a Guidewire statement.
