Advisor360° (Needham, Mass.) has integrated RightBRIDGE from CapitalROCK (North Salt Lake, Utah) to streamline digital account opening and compliance workflows for financial advisors. The integration connects onboarding and case management into a single workflow, enabling advisors to initiate, document and complete account openings without duplicative data entry. The new solution was driven through work with MassMutual (Springfield, Mass.).

Frances Thomas, Head, Distribution Enablement, MassMutual.

““Working closely with Advisor360° and RightBRIDGE on designing this solution has rapidly improved processing efficiency, enhanced documentation consistency, and given valuable time back to our network of financial professionals—allowing them to dedicate more attention to client relationships,” says Frances Thomas, Head, Distribution Enablement, MassMutual.

The solution embeds compliance processes directly into the onboarding experience, addressing challenges associated with fragmented systems and manual re-keying across broker-dealers and registered investment advisors.

Scott Freeland, VP, Product Management, Advisor360°.

“Advisors should not have to toggle between systems,” says Scott Freeland, VP, Product Management, Advisor360°. “By integrating with RightBRIDGE, we are simplifying one of the most complex steps in the advisor workday.”

Clarity and Consistency

Key capabilities include prepopulated account data, integrated case creation, automated data harmonization and embedded client documentation, designed to improve consistency and reduce errors.

“RightBRIDGE was built to bring clarity and consistency to best interest documentation,” says Brian Hendricks, COO, CapitalROCK. “Our integration with Advisor360° ensures that case management and account opening stay aligned from the outset.”

According to the companies, the integration has reduced account opening errors and saved time per application, supporting improved efficiency and advisor productivity.
