
Tony Grosso is Vice President, Product Marketing & Industry Strategy at EIS Group. He has over 20 years of hands-on experience leading innovation, business development and product management initiatives for insurance carriers, financial services and software companies. Prior to joining EIS Group, Grosso worked in Strategic Initiatives at The Hartford, where he created an Open Innovation program which led to rapid prototyping of new products and expedited product development. Earlier, he held the role of Enterprise Architect where, as a member of the IT Senior Leadership Team he helped to restructure organization to create economies of scale, reduce costs, and reduce risk dependencies on individuals.
