Jeff Goldberg and Eric Weisburg are members of the senior team at Novarica, a research and advisory firm.
Jeff Goldberg is a Vice President of Research and Consulting at Novarica with expertise that includes data analytics and big data, digital strategy, policy administration, reinsurance management, document automation, SaaS and cloud computing, data governance, and software engineering best practices such as Agile and continuous delivery. Prior to Novarica, Jeff served as a senior analyst within Celent’s insurance practice, was the Vice President of Internet Technology for Marsh Inc., Director of Web Technology for Harleysville Insurance, worked for many years as a software consultant with many leading property/casualty and life/health insurers in a variety of technology areas, and worked at Microsoft contributing to research on XML standards and defining the .Net framework. Most recently Jeff founded and sold a SaaS data analysis company in the health & wellness space. Eric Weisburg is a Vice President of Research and Consulting at Novarica. He is an expert in insurance technology, operations, and finance. Eric has over 20 years of insurance industry, consulting, and software experience. Prior to Novarica, Eric served as Managing Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Tower Group Companies and VP at AIG, where he led the global internal consulting function; created the Insurance Strategy practice at Navigant Consulting; and led the insurance vertical for IBM big data and analytics. Most recently, he has focused on helping clients understand and implement cognitive analytics and information solutions.
