Saga Services Ltd (Folkestone, Kent, U.K.), a provider of insurance and related services to people over 50 had selected Guidewire (Foster City, Calif.) solutions to support a transformation of all lines of business. The company has chosen PolicyCenter, Guidewire BillingCenter, Rating Management, Client Data Management, and Guidewire DataHub for policy administration, billing, rating, client data management, and analytics, the vendor reports. Saga has also selected Guidewire Quote and Buy Portal for Policyholders and Guidewire Account Management Portal for Policyholders to enhance the digital experience of its customers.

Saga will implement the Guidewire technology in four waves, starting with motor insurance, according to a Guidewire statement. Saga anticipates that through integrated Guidewire platform, the company will be able to render customer functionality more efficiently, and be better placed to follow customer conversations dynamically. The insurer also expects its internal systems to be more intuitive and require less training.
