The Polish Roman Catholic Union of America (PRCUA, Chicago) has selected Equisoft, a Montreal-based global provider of technology solutions for the insurance and wealth management industries, to perform a complete overhaul of the fraternal society’s legacy policy administration systems, according to a vendor announcement.

Micheline “Misia” Jaminski, National VP, PRCUA.

The transformation project involves implementing the organization’s line of life and annuity products into the Oracle Insurance Policy Administration (OIPA) platform, as well as migrating data from its two existing policy administration systems, according to Equisoft.

Equisoft reports that implementing a modern policy administration platform will result in several competitive advantages, including operational efficiencies through the automation of manual processes; and the ability for PRCUA to create, market, and administer new products more easily and at a faster pace, while reducing costs throughout the life cycle.

Unique Set of Fraternal Needs

“We are excited to team up with Equisoft because of their extensive track record of success in leading implementation efforts and personalizing platforms,” comments Micheline “Misia” Jaminski, National VP, PRCUA. “PRCUA has a unique set of fraternal needs. We are looking forward to using the OIPA platform to scale and meet those requirements.”
