KSKJ Life Selects Intellect SEEC for Digital Transformation

The Intellect SEEC platform will provide let KSKJ meet both the immediate need of productivity gains and digital empowerment and support long-term sustainable business growth.

KSKJ Life, a Slovene fraternal organization based in Joilet, Illinois, has selected Intellect SEEC (Piscataway, N.J.), the insurance software division of Intellect Design Arena (Chennai) to undertake a digital transformation of the life insurer’s new business and post-issue servicing.

Intellect SEEC reports that it will deployed its AI-powered, cloud-native Fraternal Suite for KSKJ Life. The platform supports seven business apps, which the vendor describes multi-device, multi-channel (supporting agent, back-office staff and members) and come out-of-the-box, all on a single codebase. This suite of integrated apps includes the following:

  • CRM;
  • Needs Analysis;
  • Quote and Illustration;
  • e-App, Profile Management;
  • Customer Service; and
  • Product Launcher.

The Fraternal Suite will integrate with the KSKJ’s existing core and external systems through APIs for real-time pre- and post-policy transactions. The Intellect SEEC platform is designed to both provide the company the ability to meet their immediate need of productivity gains and digital empowerment, and their long-term need for sustainable business growth.
