HiBob Launches U.K. Benefits Platform in Partnership with Aviva, Canada Life

HiBob (Tel Aviv and London) provider of an HR platform, has announced the launch of a benefits product for small-to-medium businesses in the United Kingdom undertaken in partnership with Aviva (London), Canada Life (Potters Bar, Hertfordshire) , Smart Pension (London) and Sodexo (Paris). The offering is an enhancement of bob, the vendor’s cloud-based single platform solution, already deployed by clients in the U.K. market.

The new benefits offering support pension plans, life insurance, income protection, critical illness cover, local retail discounts and an expanding range of financial, lifestyle and career-building benefits to U.K.-based employees, according to HiBob. The vendor describes the HR solution as providing businesses with the ability to process reports, time-off, onboarding, document storage and other capabilities, giving them the ability to cultivate a unique centralized company culture whereby employees can interact with services in an easy and transparent way.

The enhanced bob solution is designed to address changes in workplace culture validated by internal research. The vendor recent conducted a study that showed that 41 percent of employees consider the benefits package as important factor in choosing an employer. A large majority of employer (72 percent) respondents to the study affirmed that benefits are crucial to their retention strategy. HiBob concludes from the results that employers increasingly see the value of having a platform capable of clearly demonstrating to employees and prospects that their benefits expectations are being addressed.
