GAINSCO Inc. (Dallas), a property/casualty holding company that markets minimum-limits personal auto coverage, has selected VUE Software’s (Coconut Creek, Fla.) Distribution Compensation Platform to administer complex commission and incentive programs. GAINSCO markets its products to over 4,500 independent insurance agents in nine states: Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Oklahoma, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Virginia, and Tennessee.
VUE reports that implementation of the solution will enable GAINSCO to build flexible compensation programs, create multiple hierarchies per payee, create gamification profiles, and provide the ability to retroactively make changes to plan, agent, or policy characteristics, along with effective dates and much more.
