By adding Symbility technology to its toolset, AFR will reduce cycle times thus enabling the company to speed up claim resolution, according to the vendor. Symbility’s cloud-based claims settlement platform includes the vendor’s Claims Connect, a claims workflow management solution that will streamline the claims estimating process by reducing cycle time and increasing accuracy in all aspects of the claims handling process; Symbility Business Intelligence, a module within Claims Connect, which offers users access to a wide range of interactive and customizable dashboards, report templates, comparative analyses against industry performance. Additionally, American Farmers and Ranchers’ adjusters and third-party contractors will use Symbility Mobile Claims, which the vendor describes as an intuitive mobile-enabled field estimating solution designed to enhance productivity by improving efficiency, accuracy, and speed.
